Charles Moore patrols the Riverside Plaza complex. Although his job title is a security officer, Moore's day-to-day job more resembles that of a landlord. A majority of the residents that passed him the street know him by name or by face, and when tenants have an issue, such as with maintenance or noise, Moore's department is the first to get the call.
Resident Service Office (RSO) security officers also patrol the Riverside Mall, tucked between the plaza and the light rail stop.
